Terms and conditions

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we confirm it with you and dispatch it.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery, which is shown in your bag before you pay.

If a price or a product detail is listed in error, we will contact you before dispatching and you can cancel.

Stock is not held until an order is placed. If an item sells out between you adding it to your bag and us confirming, we will tell you and refund or cancel that item.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot verify the delivery address or phone number, or where cash-on-delivery parcels have been refused repeatedly.

Nothing here affects your rights under Pakistani consumer law.
