Terms and conditions

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken.

Prices include applicable taxes where shown and exclude delivery unless stated. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.

Stock is not reserved until checkout completes. Where an item sells out between adding to your bag and paying, we will refund that line in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, or where a delivery address cannot be verified.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
