Refund policy

Return anything unworn, with tags, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We cover return postage on domestic orders. Start a return from your account, or message us and we will send a label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three working days of the item arriving with us. Your bank typically takes a further five to ten days to show it.

Faulty items can be returned at any point within the warranty period and are refunded or replaced at your choice, including original postage.

Pierced jewellery and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
